Our Mansion room booking policy requires a minimum number of confirmed reservations before the Mansion can be opened for overnight accommodations. This ensures that appropriate staffing levels are in place, including dedicated overnight front desk coverage, to provide guests with a seamless and well‑supported stay.

Guests can choose from eight charming rooms in The Mansion or from 21 rooms in the adjacent Inn. Both locations offer classic Finger Lakes charm with all the modern comforts and personal service discerning guests expect. They provide a tranquil retreat after a long day of hiking and touring, celebrating a wedding, or attending a corporate event.

The Inn
The Inn Rooms feature relaxed, casual décor and essential comforts, including free Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, TV, mini‑fridge, microwave, Keurig, and blow dryer. Guests can choose between single king rooms or rooms with two double beds, offering a comfortable stay for both individuals and families.
